IT in hospices is an essential tool to the provision of high quality care. At Willow Burn Hospice we recognised the need to upgrade our IT in order to make it fit for the future. Following a competitive tendering process we decided to partner with LaneSystems.

The onboarding process was handled very well and with minimum disruption. Since then we have seen LaneSystems as a proactive and supportive business partner.

Long term plans, which had been neglected previously, are now in development and we look forward to years of proactive support.
