Working alongside our Business Partners, we provide advice to help improve how the IT system should be ran and administered. Providing a solution for a problem or a potential problem does not necessarily mean additional costs, but ensures efficient running of any infrastructure. Our annual fully inclusive IT Support Contracts give our clients full confidence they require in IT, knowing their professional IT Business Partner is simply a phone call away at all times.

The support contracts are transparent and provide a full audit trail on reported issues:

A qualified Chartered Accountant, Galina has her hands full managing the company’s accounts, as you can imagine in this sector, there is a huge outlay before costs are later recuperated.At home, Galina loves to spend quiet time with her boys, her two Beagle crosses Sam and Jake, walking and exploring the North East beauty spots.

Operations Director

MARK SHIELDS

Mark co-ordinates the installation & migration of all network infrastructures. Development of his technical team provides key skills for his team. 'Fix it before it breaks, is Mark's ethos whilst delivering the best possible service.Mark is a martial arts expert, with a Brown Belt in Taekwon-do, and is reconstructing Midget – his beloved old Hawaiian Blue MG.

Administrative Assistant

HAYLEY ELLIOTT

Hayley joined the LaneSystems team in 2016 as an Apprentice Administrative Assistant. Having completed the Level 3, Hayley is our cog, she plays a vital role and keeps everything running smoothly, answering your queries and supporting the technicians and sales team.She is our ray of sunshine, always smiling and singing along to cheesy songs on Spotify.

Senior Technician

LEE HOROBIN

Our WatchGuard Certified Cyber Security expert joined the team here at Fishburn in late 2017. Lee keeps pace with the latest advancements and alerts to keep your valuable data safe.Out of the office, Lee is passionate about travel. He spent three months trekking across Asia, and more recently when in Peru, he experienced the longest zip wire in the world!

CALLUM PEARSON

Callum joined us as an Apprentice Technician in 2016 & is now a recognised & reassuring voice helping partners.Callum loves animals, sharing his home with gorgeous Staffies, Lego and Jensen.

Technical Supervisor

KEVIN WHITELOCK

Another local lad, Kevin has been with us here at LaneSystems for over a year now and is famed with the clients for his help with anything from Excel Spreadsheets through to installing our partners PCs.Kevin loves the Great British Bake-Off only slightly less than he loves a good biscuit itself.

1st Line Technician

MATTHEW

Matthew successfully completed the Level 4 in Cyber Security, and has since been offered a permanent contract as a 1st Line Technician.Matthew is not a force to be reckoned with holding black belts in martial arts including Muay Thai. His sister is also a semi professional boxer!

Field Technician

John Malcolm

John is responsible for remote & direct support & managing installs of new equipment.Having played for four rugby teams, John is not afraid of getting stuck in to get the right result for our IT partners.

Sales Consultant

Chris Lane

Chris is a newcomer to LaneSystems and takes good care of the needs of our existing clients while also attracting new clients to the business. Chris comes from a technical background but has also worked in sales and business development for several years. Having recently moved to Lancashire, Chris is looking forward to exploring the local countryside.

Cameron Herron

After completing a BTEC diploma at New College Durham, Cameron is eager to get into IT especially the hardware side. He has joined as an apprentice because he is passionate about Technology. He is a local lad who loves watching 'How I met your mother' and 'Brooklyn 99' & enjoys a Terry's chocolate orange.

2nd Line Technician

Arran Cummins

Arran has a background of working with Managed Service Providers, and has an eye for spotting opportunities for diversification or improving internal systems. Outside of the office, Arran enjoys spending time with his wife & 4 year old. What spare time he has he spends playing games.

Field Technician

Brendan Watson

Brendan started working at LaneSystems back in August 2020, and within 3 months was promoted to a Field Technician. With his keen enthusiasm he likes to get stuck into any job put in his way. His main hobbies is gaming, cars and he claims that he can beat Michel in a race at Croft.
