Social Awareness

Hospice Partnerships

LaneSystems has proudly supported several local hospices — including Teesside Hospice, St Teresa’s Hospice, and Willow Burn Hospice — in improving their IT infrastructure despite budget constraints.

With the help of Microsoft 365 charitable licensing we have moved hospice infrastructure to a viable modern working environment. By putting a unique and compliant migration plan in place, we have helped these vital critical charities improve their working environment.

Our extensive experience with SystmOne has been particularly valuable, enabling us to help these organisations strengthen their digital capabilities while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Our Commitment

Supporting Charities

At LaneSystems, we place strong emphasis on our Social Awareness Policy. We actively uphold a “Giving Back” ethos, which is embedded throughout our company culture. This commitment includes donating IT equipment and services to the charities we support, ensuring they have access to the tools they need to continue providing exceptional care.

In addition, LaneSystems donates 2.5% of the profit from all hardware sales to help our partner charities fund essential IT projects and equipment tailored to their organisational needs.

Our belief in supporting charities forms a solid foundation for our wider commitment to all clients: achieving success does not always come with a cost attached. By helping one another grow, we create greater sustainability within today’s ever-changing business landscape.
